Ashley Gabbard
Ashley accepted a job offer from Paul Rizzo in 2019 to join Rizzo Brothers as an Accountant. She had previously worked in public and private accounting after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Thomas More University.
Ashley grew up in a family that was very driven and enjoyed participating in sports. She played basketball from the time she entered elementary school and continued through her high school years. The discipline of sports and her determined personality helped shape her strong work ethic, which has only enhanced her ten-year accounting career. Soon after joining Rizzo Brothers, she was promoted to Assistant Controller and continues to be a real asset.
Ashley has revamped the company’s entire billing process which now runs more efficiently. She has helped in elevating the productivity of the accounting department and continues to improve processes as needed.
“I love working with numbers and problem solving, so I enjoy having the ability to work in the day-to-day accounting operations and improve the accounting processes. The icing on the cake is the Team at Rizzo: the people are exceptional which makes it a great environment to work in.”
Ashley is married to Mike and has two young children (Callie and Cannon) which keeps her busy outside of Rizzo. She appreciates the work/life balance that Rizzo Brothers offers so she can spend more time with her family.
