Robin Smith
Robin’s history with Rizzo Brothers goes back to 1982 when he was hired by company founder EJ Rizzo. His father Cecil worked for Rizzo Brothers from the very beginning, which influenced Robin’s interest in the painting side of the business.
He directs Rizzo painting projects from start to finish and cites Paul Brown Stadium as one of his most rewarding experiences, noting the complex rigging needed to access certain areas. He credits close Rizzo teamwork for the project’s ultimate success.
“I enjoy problem solving in the field. Many unforeseen problems can arise during any project. I like being part of solving these issues and in the end, producing quality work and achieving a successful project.”
Robin’s experience also includes more than 20 years as a self-employed painter.
